What Is This Band Wagon You Keep Falling Off? How to flee

A lot of habitancy in the condition community on-line already know diets don't work. It's our lifestyle choices which give us long-term changes to our bodies, minds and uncut health.

But every week I still see habitancy complaining about "falling off the band wagon". I.e. They broke the rules they set themselves to accomplish their goals. These habitancy honestly aren't stupid or weak willed. They have just forgotten that having a wagon full of rules in the first place is the same opinion as any diet no matter how you label it.

Ice Indulgence

Rules imply imposing conditions regardless of option or preference. True condition is about development lifestyle choices.

Turn temptation into repulsion.

In order to take away the wagon, and the rules, you need to want to live this lifestyle. And be honestly repulsed by the things which community wants you to indulge in so it can bring you back down to its less fulfilling level. Don't feel bad. It natural to crave these things inspecting all the external messages and media brainwashing we get. You just gotta realise what media corporations, adverts and our peers are subconsciously doing when they send you such messages. "But I love ice cream/pizza/(insert indulgence)! I'm not giving up how much I enjoy that!"

Think about how you honestly felt the last time to cheated, indulged, of fell off the wagon.

I'm willing to bet that you felt disappointed in yourself. I'm also willing to bet that you wish so much you hadn't. And I'm pretty sure, anything the indulgence was, the real feel off it wasn't as great as your mind had built it up to be previously. If you indulged in a big way, maybe you felt lethargic, bloated, gained a pound the next day or maybe even got a spot or rash from anything that evil was. This is what you are giving up.

Learn to convert your science of mind and come to be a condition Freak. Remember not in the way you used to think of a " health freak ". It can take lots of practice, or it can take seconds to convert your mind set. Begin to catch yourself wanting your cheat. Then think ahead to all the feelings you will feel afterwards if you eat it. Photo the mental battle, the guilt and the stress you go through. Then think about how happy you are now about your progress, how good you feel for being fitter and healthier and most importantly stress/guilt free. At the same time, like you used to love ice cream, fall in love with natural nutrient dense foods, which you already crave, I'm mental eggs, bacon, chicken, beef, fish, butter, coconut,  fruits, veggies.

If this isn't enough, then ask yourself if cheating is for an unrelated reason. Are you happy? Is something bothering you? For example some habitancy are sad about their job, they come home and use food as the delight to help them temporarily escape. If you have other life issues, you need to go out now and understand the question know as emotional eating. I understand it, but my expertise starts to run thin. The truth is your emotions should not control your food intake! I've seen it in friends and family, but it's up to You to go out there and figure out how you can tackle it how you can tackle it. I hope this helps you get there.

I'm not a psychologist. I'm just sharing one way which I have changed my mind set in the past. I believe this kind of mental management is essential to all lifestyle changes. You can call it brainwashing if you like. I'm quite happy to brain wash myself if I end up healthier, happier and stress free.
