Nyonya food (or Nonya as it is sometimes known) is probably one of the earliest fusion food uniquely found in Malaysia and Singapore. Intermarriage in the middle of early Chinese settlers in Malaysia while the Ming Dynasty and the local Malays, gave rise to the Baba Nyonya generation.
